The base event package, Santa Monica
The whole Club, your vision, one night.
A members only studio and stage, closed for the night and opened to you. Every room, three engineers and a hospitality team are included. Everything else is built to your brief.
What is included
- Engineers
- Three engineers of your choice. The standard crew is one audio, one video and one lighting engineer. Any combination works.
- The facility
- Full buyout. Every room open, with activations anywhere inside the Club. Fully customizable within the walls of the building.
- Hospitality
- Two staff on check-in. One on-site event lead for coordination and guest experience. Two staff keeping the Club clean throughout.
- Set up and strike
- Assistants on the day for load-in and set up, and for clean up after the event.
- Bar and catering
- The Club does not sell alcohol or food. Open bar and catering are brought in by your caterer, or by one we source for you.

The space
Each room does one thing well. Together they do almost anything.
The Live Room
A 25 by 45 foot stage with an attached mixing room. Full band stage, broadcast streaming, backline, stage lighting truss and multi camera capture. Seats 60 for dinner or holds 100 standing.
Front of house: Allen and Heath SQ7, 48 channels.
The lounge and lobby
Where guests arrive, drink and talk between moments on the stage. A bar, a record wall, deep sofas and a working fireplace, with walls open to signage. Use it as a reception room, a breakout space, a sponsor lounge or a pop up gallery. Activations can go anywhere inside the Club.
The Podcast Studio
Five 6K Blackmagic cameras and one take mixed capture. Kitted for interviews, panels, influencer activations and content days. Guests walk in and start talking.

- The Recording Studio, pictured, with a Trident 88 console for tracking and listening sessions
- The Rehearsal Room, sound treated with full backline, as a second stage or green room
- The patio under string lights for arrivals and late conversation

- Corridors and walls open to signage and brand activations
Events at the Club
Private dinners under volumetric light. Brand activations across every room. Panels, showcases and launches with a broadcast crew already in the building. Every event is filmed and mixed in house, so you leave with the content as well as the night.
Recent formats: seated dinners for 60, standing receptions for 100, live streamed panels, multi day content captures.
